One of the best and most well-known multi-player games in the world, League of Legends has captured the heart and minds of gamers from all over. With over 100 champions to chose from, the Riot company has done a brilliant job in not only creating champions, but in creating the lore surrounding them. Whether you are an assassin or a mage, you have a cool backstory to add to your coolness factor. Here are the top five lores and myths of League of Legends.

1. Kha'zix versus Rengar

- The Voidreaver and The Pridestalker. Two eternal rivals that will fight until one is dead. They are symbolic of Alien versus Predator, and both aim to be the best predator. Born fragile and ravenous, Kha'Zix craves biological perfection and consumes deadly creatures in order to satisfy his vile desires. Orphaned at a young age, this young lion was trained by a legendary hunter and eventually became a restless hunter that strives to become the greatest. These two will eventually engage in their death match, in a clash of claw and steel, tooth and talon, and fang to fang. Who will win? Only time will tell.

2. Yasuo

- infamously branded as The Unforgiven, Yasuo was once a proud warrior who wielded a sword as sharp as his attitude. His ego and natural talent led him to master a legendary wind technique, being the only student in his generation to do so. However, as he was destined to become a great hero, a foolish mistake and false accusation of murdering an elder he was supposed to protect has led all of Ionia against him. With killers and bounty hunters hot on his trail to kill him, a new clue has given him conviction and resolve to find the true assassin, restore his honor and bring those guilty to justice. He has a knack for drinking as well, so he would be a blast to go to a party with.

3. Aurelion Sol

- known as a comet, a dragon, and The Starforger, Aurelion Sol is as old as time and space itself. A titanic and powerful cosmic entity, he creates stars in his own design. However, tricked by the ancients of Mount Targon into a life of servitude, he has destroy and annihilated countless worlds and cosmic monsters on their behalf. However, a weakness in the Targonian's magic has forced Aurelion Sol to come back to Runeterra in order to kill those who oppose him and free him from the curse. Long story short, he creates stars and roars pure starfire when he loses his temper. He's sassy and amazing. Very fitting for a space dragon.

4. Taliyah

- touted as The Stoneweaver, she grew up in a small tribe in the deserts of Shurima. Wiser, braver and stronger than the kids she grew up with, she wielded the very earth and stones with her mind, and could use her strength to great power. However, fear of hurting those closest to her, news of a dead emperor that once ruled Shurima has forced her to protect her homeland and hone her skills. Plus, she's friends with Yasuo. What could be cooler?

5. Aatrox

- known as The Darkin Blade, he his a fiendish, dark, yet unknown entity that has appeared in numerous cultures across Valoran. He wields a jagged sword and a mighty thirst for blood that needs to be slaked, as his appearance in countless wars has vastly changed the outcome of battles and futures for civilization. Some worship him as a god, while others fear him as an agent of evil. Either way, his sword decides the outcome of war and conflict.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
