After a stressful week of midterms, the best thing to do is to relax through these five top ways.

1. Grab a facemask and head for the couch

One of the best things to do is to find a face mask that either soothes, moisturizes, or helps get rid of the acne that flared up during exam week. Let it dry on your face for a good thirty minutes as you relax on the couch and watch some TV.

2. Get a massage

After spending two hours each on exams, sitting at a crammed classroom in a tiny desk probably has your shoulders, legs, and other muscles scrunched up and filled with tension. Get a massage to help your muscles release tension, and for you to feel better overall.

3. Exercise

The best thing to do after spending a week of sitting in uncomfortable positions while taking a test is to exercise. Get moving and work out a bit. It's healthy to fit at least thirty minute of exercise a day after a week of none.

4. Get out of the house

Go to the city or take a nice walk around the town or your neighborhood. Breathe in some fresh air and look around at the beautiful sights of nature that you missed out on while taking a bunch of exams last week.

5. Make sure to hang out with your friends

It's good to keep in touch with your friends. Go out to a restaurant, see a movie, go ice skating, or anything that lets you have a good time while communicating with your friends.

At the end of the day, its best to relax after a stress-filled week of midterms. Whether watching Netflix or exercising helps relieve you of stress, remember that this is all for you.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
