Drugstores are the holy grail for many individuals who would do anything for a beauty steal and save their hard earned money. The affordable price of drugstore products allows many individuals who wear makeup to save their money while using products that work wonders. These drugstore products are some of the best in the market:

1. Foundation/BB Cream

For foundation, the Maybelline New York Dream Cushion Foundation ($12.98) and the Maybelline New York Dream BB Skin Perfector ($9) are two highly rated products that do wonders for the skin. These two products are super affordable while giving the coverage any individual would want while not damaging your skin.

2. Mascara

Any mascara lover knows the best type of mascara is the type when someone accuses you of wearing falsies. The L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Waterproof Mascara ($9.99) gives you just that while making your lashes thick and a desirable length.

3. Eyeliner

NYX That's The Point Eyeliner ($10) makes making a wing so much easier than what you would expect. The eyeliner allows you to make any look you desire with precision and effortlessly.

4. Highlighter

This once limited edition highlighter came back because so many people fell in love with it! The Wet n Wild's MegaGlo Highlighting Powder ($4.99) makes your face glow in just a few strokes and stays on for quite a while!

These drugstore products can go up against many high-end makeup products and are still so much cheaper than what high-end makeup brands are valued at. Saving your money and getting a beauty steal is so worth it than using all your paycheck up.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
