It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.

I love Christmas music. I listen to it year round. Like my ringtone was a Christmas song in early September because I love it that much. Listening to Christmas music never fails to make me happy so I decided to spread the cheer and make a list of my top seven Christmas albums.

7. Somethin' About Christmas- Kris Allen

Kris changes classic songs into his own and adds a very chill and comforting vibe to them.

6. Christmas - Hawk Nelson

The best way to describe this album is a fast moving rollercoaster with a lot of twists and turns.

5. Sound of the Season: The Taylor Swift Holiday Collection

TSwift has been my girl for 10 years. This album is short but it's good. My favorite is "Christmas Must Be Something More."

4. Acoustic Hearts Of Winter- Aly and AJ

Listen. This album is GOOD. Their version of Little Drummer Boy is the best.

3. Home for Christmas - BarlowGirl

Their harmonies are incredible and their version of Carol of the Bells is my all time favorite.

2. A Very Kacey Christmas - Kacey Musgraves

I'm not as big on country music as I used to be, but Kacey is breath of fresh air for that genre. She brings back the old country sound but with her twist on it. She is incredibly talented and this album is proof.

1. Merry Christmas - Mariah Carey

This is number one on my list solely for the fact that this album has All I Want For Christmas Is You on it. Anyone who knows me knows I love that song more than most things and listen to it all year long. (It's a very good workout song.)

*Special Note: There's a video of Tyler Joseph (Twenty One Pilots) singing a cover of O Come O Come Emmanuel at his church on Youtube. While it isn't an album and the song isn't even professionally recorded, it is amazing and if you have the chance you should listen to it.*

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

We don't buy into these... just like how we don't buy our friends.

Being a part of any organization undoubtedly comes with the pitfalls of being grouped into negative stereotypes, and sororities are certainly no exception. Here are the top few things, that I find at least, are some of the most irritating misconceptions that find their way into numerous conversations...

8. "The whole philanthropy thing isn't real, right?"

Well all those fundraisers and marketing should would be a waste then wouldn't they?

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
