As the new season rolls out, some champions are clearly stronger than others with the new runes. Certain champions, such as Nunu, are just absolutely trash and completely nonviable at the moment. Here are the seven strongest champions that should make climbing the ranked ladder easier and synergize extremely well with the new runes!

1. Ezreal

Ezreal in his current form is so strong that even support Ezreal is starting to look good. Players in various ranks are finding great success with him in the precision tree, which synergizes well with his kit. Higher division players, however, are faring even better with the Kleptomancy rune. Either way, he's pretty overpowered right now.

2. Gangplank

Similar to Ezreal, Gangplank is thriving in this new patch, and with the Kleptomancy rune, he gains gold so fast it's nearly impossible to keep up. He can waveclear super fast if he chooses to take Minion Dematerializer, but most players are choosing to take Future's Market as he didn't have much trouble waveclearing, to begin with.

3. Katarina

The new Domination tree allows Katarina to snowball super hard. When you combine her newly found spell camp with the damage runes, Katarina quickly starts to snowball through her AOE damage resets and burst/pick potential.

4. Lulu

Lulu synergizes extremely well with the new Sorcery tree, which results in incredibly low cooldowns on her game-changing spells.

5. Malzahar

Malzahar is nearly impossible to push out of lane with the Manaflow Band rune. When you add Arcane Comet and its synergy with his ultimate, Nether Grasp, it's almost impossible to survive laning against him post-6.

6. Sona

Sona's one of the most annoying champions when you combine her with the Kleptomancy rune. Although some choose to run a similar rune page as Lulu, the gold that she amounts with Kleptomancy allows her to advance through the game very well.

7. Zed

Similar to Katarina, Zed has incredible burst damage which makes him incredibly unpleasant to play against him once he snowballs. Due to this, he has one of the highest ban rates at the moment.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
