Attractions in Sydney you'll want to see.

1. Sydney Habour Bridge Climb

Scared of heights? I promise this is worth the fear. Climb 134 meters above sea level while your leader entertains you with the history of the bridge you are currently on. Right in the heart of the Sydney Harbour you will get to experience a full view of your surroundings. Not to mention, the company takes the time to personalize a photo and video for you once you accomplish your climb!

2. Sydney Opera House

The 102 million dollar performing arts centre is widely known all over the world. The best view of the Opera House is from a ferry approaching Circular Quay (the second picture that was taken above). Schedule a tour and see the beautiful architecture of the famous Sydney Opera House!

3. Taronga Zoo

Take a 12-minute trip on the ferry from the city and arrive at the marvelous Taronga Zoo. Ride over the treetops on the sky safari and get a glimpse of what attractions you have ahead for the day. Kangaroos, koalas, and echidnas… oh my! Why not try an animal encounter with one?

4. Bondi Beach

One of Australia’s most famous beaches, this beach has tons to offer. Whether you’re coming for an event or just to people watch; there’s always something to do. The main street along the water is called ‘Campbell Parade’. Here you will find a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. Don’t forget to stop by Bondi Icebergs where you can swim and eat. What are you waiting for? Hit the beach and catch some waves!

5. The Rocks

This historic site lies near Sydney’s Harbour Bridge; experience cobblestone streets, ghost tours, weekly farmers markets, and art galleries. Stop in for a beer at one of Sydney’s oldest pubs or have a wine tasting. Don’t forget to take a look around and take in your historic surroundings.

6. The Sydney Tower Eye

This viewing platform shows a panoramic view of Sydney. Choose the observation deck and use their interactive touchscreens that will give you an insight to the city’s famous landmarks. They also offer the Sydney tower skywalk (a full outside experience). You will walk on a glass floor 879 feet above the streets of Sydney.

7. Sea Life Aquarium

In the center of Darling Harbour, Sydney Sea Life Aquarium houses over 12,000 freshwater and marine animals. These include sharks, tropical fish, stingrays, dugongs, turtles, and penguins. Walk through 14 newly themed zones; the possibilities are endless. Come get lost in the sea with these amazing creatures!

7. The Sydney Explorer

All in all, this bus will show you it all. The open top, double decker is on a hop on- hop off bus route. The bus will take you to all the unique sites, landmarks, and wonderful places in Sydney. During your ride, enjoy the scenery with informative commentary. Your ticket allows you to get off where you would like and allows you back on to any explorer you see (buses are frequently at the stops around town).

Have fun, mate!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
