The great Albert Einstein gave the world a beautiful phrase that I have to repeat in order for you to understand how important traveling is.

"The pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives."

In this way, I value the curiosity and bewilderment that sprouts out of my desire to travel.

Traveling around the world gives us the opportunity to learn. Learn about what, you ask? About people, different cultures, unique traditions, and, most importantly, about ourselves. It can be uncomfortable to think beyond who we present ourselves to be. Travelling is just one of many ways by which we can start to learn about who we truly are, how we act, why we act in the ways we do.
