Top 6 Vacation Destinations

For someone who loves to travel, this is the article for you. I am a big fan of traveling AND relaxation so I thought I would tell you my top six favorite places to vacation.

1. St. Barts

This is a TINY island off of Anguilla and St. Martin. It is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever been to. Even though it is tiny, there is so much to do. Shopping, scooter riding, water activities, beaches, boating, eating (really really good eating), shopping, and more shopping. Only small planes can fly to this island because the airport is so small! If you stand on the hill in the picture above, you can almost touch the plane when its landing! (Don't actually try this, its just a figure of speech to explain how close you are). Glad we cleared that up.

2. Puerto Rico

This was my view from Isla Verde. If you're planning a trip to Puerto Rico, make sure to stay in this area. Why? There are so many hotels, restaurants, shops, clubs (yay!), and beaches to explore. Oh and casinos if you're into that. The beaches here are incredible and the water is so warm. If you have time, make sure to check out Old San Juan, it has so much history and a really cool town to walk around in!

3. The Atlantis

If you can't sit still and like constant activity, this is the place for you. The Atlantis is heaven on Earth. Located in the Bahamas on Paradise Island, this paradise is definitely one for the books. The water rides alone could entertain you for a week straight. The Atlantis also has the largest casino in the Bahamas! (Fun fact, now ya know!). Also, if you're lucky you'll be able to catch a concert at the resort. When I was younger I saw The Jonas Brothers, it was awesome.

4 Barcelona

For this destination, I don't have enough pictures that would do this place justice. I spent the summer in Barcelona a few years ago and wow is it beautiful. From all the museums (that actually aren't boring), to the amazing food and happy pills candy, to the beach, the metro, Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, and so much more you will definitely not be bored.

5. The Hamptons

Pictured here is West Hampton, however, any Hamptons that you go to is unreal. You feel like you're on a tropical island. If you're able to I would even recommend a day trip. Bike riding along the beach and looking at all the beautiful houses is quite a sight to see. Also, their shopping is on par, because, of course you have to go shopping.

6. Hawaii

Hawaii is an amazing destination. This picture is from a hike I went on to the top of Diamond Head, overlooking Waikiki, which is also beautiful. My one piece of advice for Hawaii is if you're making the trip on a ten hour flight, make sure you see everything. Go to as many islands as you can. Each island is beautiful in its own way. You'll want to explore the black sand beaches, volcanoes, natural water falls, luaus, surfing lessons, and the Pearl Harbor Site.

Now stop reading and go book a trip to one of these amazing places!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
