In middle school, I dreamed of having a boy sing this to me and love me like this. It still hasn't happened yet, but I've got time.

It was so easy to get sucked into this personal love story between the singer and his girlfriend.

3. "Fall for You"-Secondhand Serenade

Everyone wants to believe love lasts forever, and this song is about a guy re-falling in love with an old significant other. Awww.

4. "Two is Better than One"-Boys like Girls featuring Taylor Swift

Who hasn't believed they found their other half in high school, even if it was just a short crush? This is a beautiful duet about puppy love.

5. "When You Look Me in the Eyes"-Jonas Brothers

It's okay to admit you liked this song as a guilty pleasure. It was the Jonas Brothers' love song to their fans.

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.
