I enjoy learning about birthdays and the different things involving them. Every so often, I do a quick Google search to see who shares a birthday with who, or what popular celebrities happen to have been celebrating a birthday on that particular day . And as with many other topics, it’s very interesting and enjoyable for me to research and write about. Some of these are made up of prior knowledge, and some are the result of the additional research. Either way, I have compiled a list of some of the best ones I could find, and am presenting them to you here.

1. Johnny Longden

Johnny Eric Longden was a British horse jockey active in the mid 20th century. He was born on Valentine's Day of 1907--and died on Valentine's Day of 2003.

2. Other People Who Died On Their Birthdays

A handful of people have died on the same date that they were born, including:

Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Jr. (Aug. 17, 1914-1988)

Ingrid Bergman, a prolific Swedish actor that died on her 67th birthday (Aug. 29, 1915-1982)

Mel Street, a popular 1970’s country singer (Oct. 21, 1935-1978).

3. Most Popular Birthday

Statistically, the most common birthday in the world is March 16th. Celebrities born on this day include BB King (1925), Nick Jonas (1992), Amy Poehler (1971), David Copperfield (1956), and Anthony Padilla (1987).

4. United States Presidents That Share A Birthday

There is only one instance of 2 presidents sharing the same birthday. That day is November 2, and it belongs to both James K. Polk (1795) and Warren G. Harding (1865)

5. Michael Jackson’s Death Day

Several people happen to have been born on the same day of Michael Jackson’s death, June 25th. This includes Anthony Bourdain (1956), Ricky Gervais (1961), and George Michael (1963).
