Fall is a huge deal for all true Marylanders. Fall is when the state is at its prettiest and the weather is at its best. Events during the fall can be quoted to be some of Marylanders favorite. Listed are 5 cool fall events that all people in Maryland should attend.

1. Lawyers Farm Corn Maze

This corn maze is located in Thurmont Maryland. The maze is 8.2 miles long and has 24 checkpoints. Every year they have a themed maze, this year is a tribute to firefighters, EMTS, nurses, police officers, and military. In addition to the maze, Lawyers has a pumpkin cannon and fire pits. 2. Baltimore Ghost Tours

The walking tour of Baltimore’s Fells Point and MT Vernon offer three ghost tours. The tours include Fells Point Ghostwalk, Fells Point Haunted Pubwalk, and MT Vernon Haunted Pubwalk. They offer tours on various nights but mainly on the weekend. Ticket prices and more information can be found here

3. Oktobearfest


This cool beer fest is held to benefit the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. There will be unlimited beer sampling, live music, food, and admission to the zoo all day.This event is in its 5th year and will be held on October 22 from 12pm to 4pm. Tickets are 45 dollars and 25 dollars for nondrinkers. To buy tickets, go here

4. Fright Fest at Six Flags America

Snickers is sponsoring Fright Fest at Six Flags. The entire park will be decorated with Halloween decor and will have fall festivities. At night the park turns into a scary thrill. The fest is every weekend until October 31st and tickets are on sale now. Visit the website for more details here

5. Apple Picking in Maryland

Apple picking is a huge event during the fall for most Marylanders. Here is a list of counties and when there will be apple picking events or farms that have apple picking.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
