I have always admired makeup ever since I was a little girl. I would stare at my mother putting it on and experimented with it even though I was too young and not great at it. I started to really do full face makeup toward's the end of high school, and that is when I became obsessed. Besides foundation and concealer, the most important makeup I must always have on is eyeshadow. From years of experimenting with different eyeshadows, I have picked my top 5 favorites that I believe are worth the money because of just how damn beautiful they are.

1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Renaissance Palette

My best friend bought me this gorgeous palette for my birthday and I was and still am OBSESSED with it. This palette is very versatile because it has mattes and shimmers mixed which I absolutely adore. The colors are perfect fall color's (even though you can wear them during any season) and they all mix very beautifully together. The price for this is $42 and you can get it in Sephora, Macy's, or the Anastasia Beverly Hill's website, trust me it is worth it.

2. Kat Von D Metal Crush Single Eyeshadow's

Oh My God. The Kat Von D Metal crush Eyeshadow's are to die for! I have about three of them, even though I want to add onto my little collection, and they are amazing! The pigment in these eyeshadow's are absolutely insane. You literally just need one swatch and the shine will blind you. They stay on all day and look stunning! This eyeshadow is probably the most pigmented shadow I have ever used. This item is available in Sephora and Kat Von D's website for $21 dollars!

3. Morphe Fall Into Frost Palette

This year was the first time I ordered a Morphe palette for myself even though I have been hearing about how fantastic they are for about a few years now. The Fall into frost palette was always sold out, and then finally I was able to get my hand's on it! I absolutely love the fact that all Morphe Palettes are huge and come with many different eyeshadows. Immediately I fell in love with the fall into frost palette as I saw how many beautiful eyeshadows there are in this palette and the fact that it is mixed with mattes and shimmers made my heart melt. All the color's are absolutely gorgeous and very pigmented. They are not too powdery which is what I experienced with many eyeshadows before, so there is no fall out and they stay on all day. This palette can be found on Morphe's website for $22.99 which I believe is a very cheap price for the amount of product and pigmentation you receive.

4. Kylie Cosmetics Holiday Palette

This gorgeous palette is small but its absolutely breathtaking. The colors are very unique, which makes sense considering this palette is limited edition. I got this palette over the holidays and was so excited to try it. They are very pigmented and went on very well. The blue and green shadow's were very distinctive to me because of how rich, shimmery, and out of the ordinary they are, you wouldn't see them on just any old palette. You can only get this palette on the Kylie Cosmetic's website, although it is always sold out and might not be restocked after the cold day's are over, it is still available for $42, hurry!

5. Too Faced Peach Palette

This gorgeous Palette by Too Faced is pretty unique. As soon as you open it the smell of sweet peaches rises to your nostrils. The smell is absolutely delicious and does not go away. I got this beautiful palette during the holiday's and was so excited! It features 18 different color's that are each alluring in their own way. The palette has so many different colors it is overwhelming yet amazing at the same time! Too faced is known for their unique eyeshadow palettes and this has got to be my favorite! You can get this at Sephora, Ulta, Macy's or the official Too Faced website!

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
