For years, Disneyland remains a popular park attraction for people all over the world. Disney has become a global franchise with a large fanbase. For its visitors, Disney may seem like a simple park attraction, but there are many hidden secrets that fans might not know of.

Disneyland was created in 1955 and was the first Disney park to open by Walt Disney himself. He created a section of the park called Main Street U.S.A and added a secret apartment on the second floor of the "Fire House" building so that he and his family could look over the guests at the park. Even now there is a lamp that is lit every morning by the window of the apartment to show that Walt Disney's spirit will forever remain.

One of the most popular attractions in Disneyland called It's a Small World was mysteriously shut down in 1999 due to a doll malfunction. A woman who was still on the ride managed to capture certain photographs of the attraction before she was escorted out with the rest of the visitors. In her pictures, a hung doll was revealed on the ceiling of the ride.

The Haunted Mansion ride was seen as a spiritual ride to certain people and they would throw ashes of their deceased beloveds on to the ride. Disney employees would then stop the ride and vacuum the ashes. In addition, the line of the ride also contains a ring cemented on the ground. It is believed to belong to the widowed bride in the ride.

As visitors enter the park they immediately get a sniff of the luxurious foods that disney provides. How is this so? Disney purposely pumps irresistible scents into its streets to lure visitors to their food products.

There are underground secret tunnels that allow disney cast members to move about around the parks without being noticed by visitors. This is so that cast members working in sections Tomorrowland wont be seen in Frontierland. In addition it also provides a neat escape route for employees working as characters such as Mickey and Minnie to swap shifts with other employees.
