With my favorite holiday around the corner, I figured I would share the songs that help get me in the Christmas Spirit. Sometimes, even I find myself forgetting what Christmas is all about. Now, if you were looking for a list that takes you to "Frosty The Snowman," then you've clicked the wrong article. Give these songs a listen you might find a new favorite!


1.) "His Favorite Christmas Story" - Capital Lights

This song is just perfect for all you hopeless romantics like me. Besides it hits me right in the punk/pop!



2.) "Christmas Shoes" - NewSong

This song will always be at the top of my list. It is just perfection in every way. If you can listen to it with out tearing up a little, then you sir, need to be checked out.



3.) "West Coast Christmas" - Anarbor

This song helps me look forward to future Christmas's when things are easier and more relaxed.


4.) "Santa Stole My Girlfriend" - The Maine

Now kids cover your ears. I know, I know this language is uncalled for, but I mean how great is this song!! It's seriously funny and amusing.



5.) "12 Days of Punk/Pop Christmas" - Sunrise Skater Kids

Lastly what would Christmas be with out some version of 12 days of Christmas?

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area.
