Spring Break is a great time to take a break from doing homework and studying. It’s the best time to catch up on reading for book words like me. And as a bookworm, I try to catch up on reading since I want to able to relax during my Spring Break. It’s so I won’t be stressed for the rest of the semester.

So, here are a few books I’m going to read during Spring Break.

1. Wandering Stars (Book 2 of Zodiac) by Romina Russell

Since I’m finishing up the first book of Zodiac, I would like to read the next book of the series as well.

2. Beauty and the Beast: Lost in a Book by Jennifer Donnelly

When I saw this book online, I was like I have to have it. Since I’m a big Beauty and the Beast fan, it's pretty much a necessity. The reason I want to read this book is because I want to be in the Beauty and the Beast mood for the live action movie coming out in two weeks.

3. Doctor Who: Time Lord Fairy Tales by Justin Richards

As a Doctor Who fan, I would like read this book since the tenth season of Doctor Who is coming to TV this April.

4. Passenger by Alexandra Bracken

Like Doctor Who: Time Lord Fairy Tales, I’ve wanted to read this book because it talks about time travel in it. Passenger has grabbed my attention because of that.

5. A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin

I really want to read this book, not only because I have to read it for class, but I have also read the first chapter, and it's pretty great. Also, since I’ve seen the anime movie of it, it makes me want to read it more.

That’s all of the books I’m going to read during Spring Break, and I can't wait to read them!

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

It's not all morning coffees and singing along to the radio.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
