Flowers are finally starting to bloom as the weather increasingly gets better and better with each day. Spring brings lots of joy, especially right after such a cold and brutal winter season this year. However, some people have forgotten some of the best and healthy activities that can take place in such great weather.

1. Go Jogging

Jogging is a great way to start off the morning after a healthy breakfast. Breathing in some clean air while smelling the various fragrances of diverse flowers blossom can be so refreshing during this time of year.

2. Grow A Garden

If you don't have one already, go plant a small garden in your backyard or even a few strawberries in a small pot! Gardening is not only a great way to release stress but it also helps the environment.

3.Go On A Picnic

Pack a delicious lunch to enjoy in the outdoors with a friend or two.

4. Ride A Bike

Put on some athletic clothes, grab some earbuds, a bottle of water, and your helmet! Nature is full of glorious green trees and beautiful flowers during the springtime. A quick exercise on a scenic route can make all the difference in your attitude and your physical health.

5. Take An Art Class

Join a class and learn something new. Whether it's an art class, cooking class, etc, make sure you enjoy yourself.

Overall, there are numerous activities one could do during the springtime. Whether it be running down a dirt path road or gazing at nature's sights to drawing flowers or having an outdoor picnic. The amount of activities to choose from is massive, meaning there shouldnt be a reason why you can't enjoy this springtime.
