Whether you've heard of any of these Netflix original shows and were unsure of committing to any, or you've watched them, here's the current shows you should be watching on Netflix now:

1. Stranger Things

A Netflix original series set in a small town in Indiana in 1983, this show starts with surprise, thrills, and mystery that leave the viewer trying to figure things out along with the cast. Joyce Byers, played by Winona Ryder, admirably endeavors to find her missing 12 year-old son, Will, at all costs. As the story unravels, it leaves the viewer caught up in the middle of interesting secrets and supernatural awe.

2. Narcos

Just into its second season, Narcos deals with the Medellin drug cartel through the eyes of Colombian kingpin Escobar (Wagner Moura), and the juxtaposing view point of U.S. DEA Agent Steve Murphy (Boyd Holbrook). The show is set primarily in Colombia, Mexico in the beginnings of the Mexico-American drug war.

3. Marvel's Daredevil

Also into its second season, Daredevil is a Netflix and Marvel show based on Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox). He's an attorney by day and vigilante by night. Sound familiar? Well this isn't your average superhero tale; Murdock was blinded as a child and thus left with heightened senses that he uses to combat crime his own way on the streets of New York City.
