Sometimes you just have weeks that make you go crazy they're so stressful. I asked around among some fellow students what their favorite ways to relieve their stress is. So here they are, I hope one of these helps you relieve the stress in your life.
1. Hot bubble bath

2. Working out/going for a fun
Stressed? Run Forrest run.
3. CookingÂ
Stress baking in the BEST.
4. CleaningÂ
This sounds crazy, but omg it is such a good stress reliever.
5. OrganizingÂ
Organization is the key to life.
6. Nap
Nap all your worries away.
7. Watch Netflix/HuluÂ
Turn on a show like Friends or the Office and laugh your head off.
8. Going outside and enjoying natureÂ
Sometimes being one with nature makes everything go away.
9. Listening to musicÂ

10. Read the bibleÂ
John 14:27 is one of my favorite. Find a go to verse that reminds you that everything will be okay.
11. ShoppingÂ
Nothing in this world compares to retail therapy
12. Manis & pedisÂ
Ask if they have hot rocks, it's something you never knew you needed.
13. Going out to eat with your favorite peopleÂ
Being around your people really brightens your day no matter how bad it is, and food food makes everything better.
14. Eating Ice CreamÂ
Ice cream is the best. Try Blue Bell Vanilla Ice cream with magic shell on it and thank me later.
15. JournalingÂ
Writing down what's going on is the best thing I've ever done. I can write every emotions and not worry about watching what I say.
16. Drinking Alcohol of choiceÂ
Only if you're of legal age should you do this ;)
Wine is the best.
17. Playing video gamesÂ
Mindlessly killing zombies or playing mario cart is amazing.
18. Face maskÂ
Something about putting smelly gunk on your face makes life better.
19. Writing letters to people and yourselfÂ
Writing letter uplifting and loving letters to yourself and people you are about is the best!!!!
20. SCREAMINGÂ
When in doubt, scream it out. :)
