When I started my freshman year of college I thought to myself that these 4 years will be the best 4 years ever and I was right. Everyone goes through up and downs in the 4 years that they are away. You gain friends and you lose friends. You gain weight and you lose weight, like the freshman 15. But it’s also a time when believe it or not you have to plan for your future. It’s the scariest feeling every. You think you are supposed to part and have fun, but that’s only a small portion of what you do in college. Majority of the time you are stressing over finding a job, getting good grades, saving money, spending money, finding an internship, and actually graduating. Well now senior year is here and my mind is going one million miles per hour. And this is what I am sure everyone is thinking

1.Oh my god I have to buy books again?

2.How am I going to get a job after I graduate?

3. I need to save all the money possible to move out and get my own apartment.

4. Should I pay off my loans first?

5. I don't want to live at home after I graduate.

6. I want to go on vacation and live it up before I graduate.

7. I really cannot believe senior year starts Monday

8. I don't want to go back to class.

9. What is Class?

10. I don't want to have to wake up in the morning and venture all the way down to school just to learn something.

11. Can the professor just cancel class and give us all A's for the semester?

12. I want to go out every weekend and party but I need to get my priorities straight.

13. My stress level is through the roof because I have to write a senior thesis that I will probably write the night before it is due.

14. How many more days till graduation?

15. When is spring break? It is my last spring break and it needs to be here like now.

16. Should I drink or do homework? #senioryear

17. Can I just get a job already so I don't have to worry about going to these classes?

18. I probably wont talk to majority of these people after I graduate.

19. What should I drink tonight? Wine or liquor?

20. I wish I didn't have to graduate. I want to live the college life forever!

There is probably a million more things that everyone will think throughout senior year and even after senior year. But for my last year I plan on having as much fun as possible and enjoying every minute of it. So here’s to senior year!

an image of taylor swift standing center stage surrounded by her backup dancers in elegant peacock esque outfits with a backdrop of clouds and a box rising above the stage the image captures the vibrant aesthetics and energy of her performance during the lover era of her eras tour

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
