We are so close to our favorite time of year again, Baseball season is upon us. To kick off Spring Training, I am going to recap the top plays and moments of the 2016 MLB season.
20. Chicago Cubs, Travis Wood's catch in the ivy vines of Wrigley Field.

19. Blue Jays, Kevin Pillar's crazy catch in the 4th inning of the AL wildcard game.
18. Miami Marlins, Ichiro Suzuki's 4,257th career hit.
17. Colorado Rockies, Trevor Story's seven homer streak as a rookie.
In his first six games of his MLB career. Swoon.
16. New York Mets, Curtis Grandson's catch to rob Giants of extra base hit.
15. Detroit Tigers, Michael Fulmer's 33.1 consecutive scoreless innings.
14. Washington Nationals, Bryce Harper's 100th home run.

13. Toronto Blue Jays, Josh Donaldson's winning run past Rangers catcher in 10th inning.
12. Boston Red Sox, David Ortiz's farewell to Fenway Park and its fans.
11. Cleveland Indians, Francisco Lindor's smart toss.
10. San Francisco Giants, Joe Panik's walk off RBI double in the 13th inning.
9. White Sox, Team effort to pull off a 9-3-2-6-2-5 play to beat the Texas Rangers.
8. Chicago Cubs, Javier Baez, the first Cubs player since 1907 to steal home base in a postseason game.
7. Houston Astros, George Springer's foul into a deep fryer.
6. Kansas City Royals, Alcides Escobar's double-play.
5. New York Mets, Bartolo Colon's first career home run.
4. Chicago Cubs, David Ross. Just David Ross.
What a way to end a baseball career, coming in on a run scoring double and hitting a home run in Game 7 of the World Series.
3. Cleveland Indians, Team effort... blowing a 3-1 lead.
We will now take a moment of silence, for those still mourning.
2. Miami Marlins, Dee Gordon’s leadoff HR for Jose Fernandez.
On a serious note, MLB did have some monumental losses as a community, but they will always be remembered.
1. Chicago Cubs, breaking the 'curse' and winning the World Series for the first time since 1908.
