Love songs never get old, so here are 20 of the best love songs, ranked from upbeat songs to slow songs.

1.“Mirrors” - Justin Timberlake.

The lyrics in this one speak for themselves- “ I can’t help but stare ‘cuz, I see truth somewhere in your eyes. I can’t ever change without you."

2. “Follow You Follow Me” - Genesis.

This song has always spoke to me and my boyfriend's heart. Our parents raised us on the oldies. This is the song we want for our eventual first dance because it has always been one of our favorite songs. Plus, who doesn’t love Genesis?

3. Forever”- Chris Brown.

Come on, this song makes you want to get up and dance within seconds.

4.“Sugar”- Maroon 5.

Nothing beats this hit by Adam Levine and the rest of the band.

5. “True Believers” - Darius Rucker.

Gotta' have country on the list.

6. “This” -Darius Rucker.

Another great song for a wedding.

7. (“I’ve Had) The Time of My Life”-Bill Medley feat. Jennifer Warnes.

Anyone else fall in love with this song because of Dirty Dancing? Such a classic! Hard to believe it is 30 years old this year.

8. “Beauty and The Beast” - Celine Dion's and Peabo Bryson's version, and the original soundtrack version.

Nothing beats singing along with Celine and your significant other. Every time I hear this song, it gives me chills. Angela Lansbury, thank you for making this song a classic in every sense of the word!

9. ”Can You Feel The Love Tonight”- soundtrack version, Elton John’s version and the Broadway version.

In my opinion, the love song from Disney that defines all other songs on the Disney spectrum.

10.“True Colors”- Phil Collins.

First released in 1986 by Cyndi Lauper, this classic love song is about letting your inner self, shine.

11.“When You Love A Woman” -Journey.

By far one of the most romantic songs by one of the most legendary bands.

12. “Time, Love and Tenderness”-Michael Bolton.

Anyone else fall in love with this song long before they used it in the movie, Snow Dogs?

13. "Faithfully"- Journey.

There is nothing quite like this song, its meaning and its guitar solo.

14. “You’ll Be In My Heart”-Phil Collins.

another classic Disney song for the ages.

15. “How Do I Live”-Leeann Rimes.

A classic 90's love song.

16. “How Deep is Your Love”-The Bee Gees.

My boyfriend got me hooked on this one.

17. “Breathe”- Faith Hill.

I love to belt this one. How many of you fell in love with this one before you had a significant other?

18. “You’re Still The One”- Shania Twain.

Is anyone else excited for her to finally release a new album after 15 years? I know I am.

19. “All The Things Your Man Won’t Do”-Joe.

20. “Because You Loved Me”- Celine Dion.

Nothing like telling your significant other that they are your voice when you couldn’t speak and lifted you up when you couldn’t reach.

Are there any other love songs that you can think of that should be added to the list? Stay tuned for Love Songs Part 2.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
