Millions of people tune in to watch the Super Bowl every year and every year it is said that on average, half of the people who watch the Super Bowl watch it for the commercials. Companies spend millions of dollars on a mere 30 second advertisement in hopes of it being successful, but they don't always have that effect. This year was no different.
Here is a list of 15 commercials that aired at the Super Bowl this year-- some of the good some of them bad:
1. Budweiser: Worth It
Budweiser always delivers when it comes to their Super Bowl commercials, and this year was no different. In light of recent political events, this commercial made a statement. It addresses an immigrant from Germany who becomes an entrepreneur and creates Budweiser beer in America. It has a storyline and beer, what's not to love? I have to admit though, I do miss the puppy and clydesdales from the Super Bowl commercial in 2015.

2. Skittles: Worth It
Alright, a lot of the skittles commercials are weird and stupid, but whoever came up with this one succeeded at their job. It's cute and romantic and funny at the same time. I definitely wanted to grab a bag of skittles to snack on during the game.

3. Febreze: Not Worth It
They were trying to be funny and they got their point across but it was just weird. I guess there's no normal way to talk about going to the bathroom.

4. Bai Bai Bai: Worth It
Its starts off with Christopher Walken quoting the infamous "Bye Bye Bye" song by NSYNC. It then pans to see the look of approval on Justin Timberlake's face. It was funny, used celebrities and promotes an affordable product. I don't think I'll ever pick up another Bai beverage without humming "Bye Bye Bye"

5. Bai Horse Whisperer: Not Worth It
With every hit, there's sometimes a miss, and Bai is no exception. They aired a very strange commercial about a guy, pretending to be gangster who's also a horse whisperer and drinks a Bai? Sound confusing and weird? It was.

6. NFL: Worth It
This commercial rooted itself around the idea that football is for family. It shows babies and toddler dressed up in various football uniforms. It's cute and simple and now I want to dress up by lab in NFL uniforms since he's the closest thing I have to a baby.

7. Audi: Worth It
Audi just took a stance on equal pay for women, and we loved it. With powerful dialogue like "What do I tell my daughter, do I tell her that her dad is worth more than her mom?". It hits home, pull on the heart strings and is politically powerful. Good work Audi, good work.

8. Turbo Tax: Not Worth It
I understood where they were going with it, but they missed the ball. The whole idea was that you could do taxes anywhere anytime, even on a wall. However Humpty Dumpty falls off the wall unable to do his taxes without falling and getting hurt. Poor egg.

9. McDonalds: Not Worth It
Whoever wrote the rap has descent skills, but overall the commercial was obnoxious and highlighted only one item on their menu. Plus they messed up their slogan at the end... It's supposed to be Bada Ba Ba Bahh, I'm Lovin' It. But they switched it around and said I'm Lovin' It Bada Ba Ba Bahh. Come on.

10. Buick: Worth It
It had football, kids, celebrities, super models, cars and more, what's not to love. It was family-oriented and funny. Overall it was a success and highlighted the new product they're trying to sell, a sportier car.

11. H&R: Not Worth It
You didn't know it was a tax commercial and me and my roommates were confused. The animations were impressive but it talks about a service named Watson that's supposed to be a virtual tax assistant, but no-one I was with got that until we talked about it. Overall it could have been executed better.

12. Mr. Clean: Worth It
It was sexy in a hilarious way, and it emphasized that guys should do their part and clean now and then, cause "You gotta love a man that cleans".

13. Airbnb: Worth It
Like most of the commercials this year it took a political stance, in a not so subtle way. Airbnb wanted it's viewers to know that it accepts all people, no matter their race, gender, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, etc.

14. It's A 10: Not Worth It
I love It's A 10's hair products, but I did not like this commercial. It has weird hairstyles on adults, children and even dogs. Overall I think for the amount of money they paid to air a Super Bowl commercial, they could have come up with something better.

15. Hyundai: Worth It
This was without a doubt my favorite commercial of the entire Super Bowl and it didn't air until after the game ended. I grew up in a military family and I thank God and my parents everyday that I did because it has given me the highest level of respect for all the men and women who risk their lives everyday for our freedom. This was such a powerful commercial, it reiterates the sacrifices these men and women make. This commercial pulls on your heart strings, and made me tear up. Congratulations Hyundai, I'm impressed.
