Top 12 Jokes And Pranks For Next Year's April Fools Day

For all of the jokesters and pranksters out there, April Fools Day is a special day. April Fools Day can be thought of as the one day of the year in which it is socially acceptable to tell jokes and pull pranks on others and get away with it...at most times if you are lucky. Jokes and pranks bring people together and they tear them apart. The feeling after you fool someone is indescribable. Movies and TV shows often feature pranks that viewers often fantasize about pulling off. The bunk raid in Parent Trap starring Lindsay Lohan is iconic. However, in reality, these pranks can be difficult to put into play. A little, harmless prank does not require too much effort. April Fools Day has come and gone, but here are some ideas for jokes and pranks to pull for next year!

1. Whoopee Cushion

The old-fashioned whoopee cushion is a classic prank. Just inflate the whoopee cushion and sneakily put it on a chair for someone to sit on. No matter how lame it is, you cannot help but laugh at it.

2. Prank Calls

"Excuse me, I was just wondering if your refrigerator working?"

3. Saran Wrap the toilet

This prank is clutch to pull on people who are just waking up in the morning.

4. Silly String

Silly string brings out everyone's inner child. Silly string might get messy, but it can be fun to have a silly string fight with a family member or a friend.

5. Cover a Car with Post-It notes

This prank can be tedious, but why not make a car stand out a little more?

6. Duct Tape and Air-Horns

Why not have a loud entrance when you open the door and enter a room?

7. Turn your friend's room into a ball-pit

Relive childhood birthday parties by turning different rooms into a ball-pit.

8. Replace the cream of Oreos with toothpaste

Toothpaste and the cream in Oreos look similar, but they taste very differently!

9. Make chocolate-covered cucumbers

Why be rich on chocolate-coins, when you can be rich on chocolate-covered cucumbers? A not-so-delicious, yet healthy snack!

10. Feather and whip-cream

This prank may just be the oldest in the book. If you are lucky, this prank can play out smoothly.

11. Telling a story about an event that never happened or twisting something that someone said.

12. Shocking gum

Here is yet another old-fashioned prank also known as shocking gum. This device will shock someone every time a person tries to remove a piece of gum from the package. Be careful with falling for this classic prank!

May the odds be ever in your practical joking favor. Good luck to the future victims of being fooled on April Fools Day next year!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
