A typical present for me consists of loose leaf tea, a tea pot, and/or a tea cup. And, I love every second of it. So, here are 10 types of tea and their benefits that everyone should know.

Green Tea

Not only does green tea taste amazing, but it also has some pretty great benefits: treats bloating, allergies, acne, AND promotes weight loss.

Peppermint Tea

Giphy

Smells good, tastes good. Also, it helps with bloating, nausea (peppermint does WONDERS), PMS, and bad breathe. But, this is not an alternative for brushing your teeth.

Oolong Tea

Giphy

Can't say I have had this one, BUT it promotes weight loss and boosts your metabolism.

Matcha Tea

Giphy

Matcha Green Tea Frap from Starbucks? HEAVEN! Plus, it burns belly fat, is an immunity booster, and a detoxifier.

White Tea

Giphy

As someone who is always stressed, white tea is a go to. It helps with stress, weight loss, and a detoxifier.

Chamomile Tea

Giphy

Not only am I always stressed, but I also struggle sleeping at night. This tea is beneficial for sleep, helps headaches and anxiety, and bloating.

Hibiscus Tea

Giphy

The best tea for high blood pressure and respiratory diseases.

Chai Tea

Giphy

So many delicious, amazing flavors. It enhances your immune system, fights inflammation and fights against colds.

Black Tea

Giphy

Anxiety treater, headache helper, and helps you lose weight. Need I say more?

Ginger Tea

Giphy

Ginger is great for reducing bloating, helps colds, upset stomachs, and sore throats. Catch all, cure all.

So, basically when you drink tea you SHOULD be: well rested, skinny, anxiety free, and never sick.

What am I? Exhausted, chubby, anxiety FILLED, and always fighting a cold. But, am I still going to drink tea? You beat your sweet self I am.
