Eating at a local restaurant is probably where you will find me. Eating out is probably my favorite thing to do. Don't get me wrong, I love homemade meals. However, once in a while (or maybe three times a week) you will find me at a pizzeria enjoying a nice slice of pizza. Being in love with food, I decided to help you out by telling you my favorite top 10 places to eat in Morris County.

1. Rose's Place.

Roses' is a breakfast/lunch place. They make tasty chocolate chip banana pancakes. They will even make you a Mickey Mouse shape with your pancake if you ask for it! They also have amazing coffee (to all my fellow coffee lovers) and I could probably write a whole article on all their food because it tastes amazing. You definitely have to try them out any time.

2. Delicious Bagels.

Okay this isn't all just about breakfast food, but I'll go in a breakfast, lunch, dinner order because why not? You can never have enough breakfast food! Delicious bagels has amazing food. From bagels to amazing cheeseburgers (my favorite in all of New Jersey), Delicious bagels is a great place to eat, with really friendly staff.

3. Panera.

Panera is my actual happiness. I would eat their mac and cheese every day if I could. Not only that but their chicken noodle soup is to die for. You can find Panera pretty much everywhere.

4. Fuddrucker's.

I am a hamburger person, I am not going to lie. Recently I visited Fuddrucker's and they have an amazing bacon avocado cheeseburger. They also have amazing shakes! Fuddrucker's is definitely a place you should try.

5. Don Jose's.

Okay, I never tried Mexican food until I was like 15, and by Mexican food, I mean authentic food: not quesadillas you get at a gas station, I mean like the homemade kind. I went to Don Jose's for the first time when I was 15 and I realized what I was missing out on. If you decide to give it a try I recommend "Chilles Rellenos/stuffed peppers" or the chicken quesadilla and like Kendall Schmidt said, "You can see how good a Mexican place is by trying their chicken quesadillas"

6. Franco's Pizza.

My aunt works here, but I am not going to be biased. However, she does make the best pork/cheese pupusas. If you're from El Salvador, you know what I am talking about. Hispanic food will forever be my favorite food. You have to go to Franco's and try something from their Spanish menu.

7.Carmine's Pizza.

Once again, my father works here, but I won't be biased! However, I have always loved their chicken parm dinner. I love Italian food, and Carmine's has to be one of the best places around. Their chicken noodle soup, although different than other places, is very tasty and unique; it has an amazing flavor, and it will leave you wanting more.

8. Olive Garden.

I had Olive Garden for the first time a few months ago. I have to be completely honest, I am not a big fan of the garlic bread; I don't get what the big deal is. Then again I don't like garlic. However their pasta dinners are amazing. They're the best I've ever had. They also have amazing desserts.

9. Pan Pizza.

When I go to Dover, I always have to stop here. Pan Pizza has the best Colombian empanadas I have ever had. They are so delicious that I forget the fact that they are unhealthy for me. If you love empanadas, you definitely have to try these!

10. El Tapatio.

If you can't tell by now, I am obsessed with Mexican food. El Tapatio has amazing food like Don Jose, but I won't lie, it's pricey but it is definitely worth it.

Now you can go out and spend your money any place you'd like. Any of these 10 restaurants are amazing and I suggest you try them all at a certain point.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
