Tyler Ward is an American singer and songwriter who shares his love for music on YouTube. He has become a well-known musician by posting a mixture of covers and original music on social media platforms. Tyler has been active in the music world since 2008 and has toured around the world. His most recent tour was the "Yellow Boxes Tour," which took place in 2015. To this day, Tyler loves to share his music with the world and continues to release more music. Here is my top 10 list of Tyler's original songs over the years.

1. "The Rescue"

"I was sent here for the rescue." Sometimes all you need is to know that you're not alone.

2. "The Hardest Thing"

"It's been forever but that hasn't changed what you mean to me." The meaning of this song can be different for everyone, but the theme is the same: it's hard to move on. People can change quickly, but feelings can remain for a longer time.

3. "Yellow Boxes"

"Home, pack it up and leave ‘em a note sayin' 'I don't wanna be here alone,' so can you pack those yellow boxes and get yourself home." When life is overwhelming, sometimes the best thing to do for yourself is to head home and rediscover who you are.

4." Better"

"American dream my life away, when all of my dreams cry 'Mayday,' 'Mayday!'" People have dreams and they have regrets, but that's no reason to be held back from what you want to do. Moving on to better things is always an option, and the song provides motivation and inspiration to do so.

5. "Pages Of Life"

"Mark this one down in the pages of life." Every up and every down we experience in life is just one page in the story of our lives. Each day is a new experience and a new chance to live life the way we want.

6. "Hoopty Hoop"

"If you can just dream it, our love will bring it to life." Who doesn't love a feel-good song about living your dreams? That's exactly what this song is. The constant beat plus the fun lyrics makes me want to get up and dance and sing along.

7. "Falling (feat. Alex G)"

"I'm falling in love with you." This is one of Tyler's best songs, because it's simple and sweet with a story to tell.

8. "Beginning Of A Bad Idea"

"Memorable, you just can't forget her, starting over is the hardest thing to do." I think this is something that everyone can relate to. Relationships end and it's hard, but there's a reason they ended, and while we might want to go back, it's usually a bad idea.

9. "Keep It Together (Tyler Ward and The CO)"

"It's hard to see it from the bottom when you wanna give up now, you gotta keep goin.'" Everyone has those days where they feel like they're at the bottom of a pit and nothing seems to be working. This song reminds me that something good is coming, so I have to keep moving forward through the hardships.

10. "Tyler Swift"

It's no secret to anyone that knows anything about Tyler that he loves Taylor Swift. So much so that he would even take her last name.

With a fantastic musician like Tyler Ward, you really can't go wrong with listening to any of his songs! These songs are only a few of my favorites, but some that I definitely recommend checking out!

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
