4 not-so-scary movies to enjoy this Halloween

I know it’s only the beginning of October but Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I am already thinking of costume ideas, decorations, and preparing what movies I will be watching with my friends. As much as I like a good horror movie my personal favorites are the nostalgic Halloween movies I grew up watching, and every year I watch them again and again. So here is my list of the top 10 nostalgic Halloween movies you should watch this October.

1. Hocus Pocus

Three witches are resurrected, and surprise: one of them is Sarah Jessica Parker.

2. Halloweentown

For everyone whose favorite holiday is Halloween this is where you wanna live.

3. The Goonies

The Goonies were the reason I went treasure hunting in my backyard as a kid.

4. Gremlins

Remember having a Furby...this is not like that. Just remember not to feed them after midnight or get them wet.

5. Don't Look Under the Bed

Basically don't look under the bed, and after watching this movie you won't want to.

6. Haunted Mansion

Eddie Murphy is in this. That's all you need to know.

7. Harry Potter

A series that defined a generation.

8. Casper

Everyone's favorite friendly ghost.

9. The Addams Family

A black and white movie never looked so good.

10. The Nightmare Before Christmas

The soundtrack alone will keep you watching.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
