With the sequel to Finding Nemo being released and introducing those iconic characters to a new generation, and of course the new phenomenon Pokemon Go taking over, the world seems to have a new wave of nostalgia. To keep the wave going (and to pressure Netflix to add all of them) let's take a moment to look back at the Top 10 Disney Channel Movies that every 90's kid loves.

10. The Even Stevens Movie (2003)

This film features Shia Labeouf before his JUST DO IT iconic meme and is filled with laughs as the Stevens family is miserable on a island. That entire family is a entertaining mess.

9. Cadet Kelly (2002)

Original Disney queen Hilary Duff contributes another Disney classic with this film. Cadet Kelly had seven year old me believing my parents would send me to military school for acting up.

8. The Ultimate Christmas Present (2000)

Remember that Disney Channel film about those two girls who stole from Santa so they can bring a white Christmas to Los Angeles? Of course you do, because Disney Channel played it every December. It's a light hearted film that always got you in the Christmas Spirit.

7. Stuck in the Suburbs. (2004)

Some of you may not remember this film but it is a fangirl certified classic. As I get older I realized that this film is completely accurate and realistic in this fangirl portrayal. If me and my best friend found Zayn Malik's phone... We would so do the same thing.

5. Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century (1999)

ZETUS LAPETUS! I was and still jealous of Zenon and her space life. Zenon was a fangirl before fangirls were fangirls. Let us not forget the first performance in space was by Space Pop prince Proto Zoa. (Even though last year Lady Gaga wanted to) Zenon: Girl of the 21st century was completely ahead of the time with introductions of the tablet, Facetime/Skype, and of course the fashion. Those famous pigtails and sequin outfits were EVERYTHING.

4. Camp Rock (2008)

Camp Rock is the film that solidified the Jonas Brothers place at Disney and introduced Demi Lovato. This films 'classic' title is still being debated but its a cute film with the memorable This Is Me song. THIS IS REAL THIS IS ME IM EXACTLY WHERE IM SUPPOSED TO BEEEEE.

3. Wizards of Waverly Place: The Film (2009)

Wizards of Waverly Place was already a great show and this film was even better. When Alex wishes that her parents never met, she and her siblings set out on a conquest to undo her wish. The film had great comedic moments but of course every Disney film wouldn't be complete without a heart warming lesson about family at the end.

2. Cheetah Girls (2003)

Disney queen Raven and her fellow Cheetah sisters came together for a Disney film that taught every young girl what friendship and girl power was all about. Looking back the outfits were pretty fugly but the soundtrack still remains iconic. Every group of friends picked which cheetah they wanted to be and we always broke out in song and choreographed dance. CAUSE WE ARE SISTERS WE STAND TOGETHERRRRRR. Also, the undisputed fan favorite song "Cinderella" is a true feminist anthem that taught every girl that men are dumb you don't need to depend on a man.

1. High School Musical (2006)

High School Musical is the peak of all Disney Channel musical films. It completely took over the world when it came out. I remember watching it only half interested and then two weeks later I found myself with the soundtrack CD in my possession, an obsession with Zac Efron and full knowledge of every song and choreographed dance. It was a world wide phenomenon that gave us two more films. Of course the first one is still regarded highly in everyones hearts, and at the time of its release I can guarantee you everyone who graduated that year sang "We're All In This Together" and "Breaking Free" for their graduation. It's been ten years and we still know every song and we're still getting over the heartbreak that Zac Efron didn't show up to the 10 year reunion :( GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME TROY. ONCE A WILDCAT ALWAYS A WILDCAT.

Let us all agree and thank Disney Channel for shaping our childhood with these amazing films FOR FREE.

We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:

If you are like me, you have an interesting personality. Basically, you love to be sassy and snarky, gossip, and act like a total bitch (not really), but deep down, you are actually a very genuinely nice person. The idea of actually hurting someone truly makes you feel bad, and you probably have never actually hurt someone’s feelings because your kindness always shines through, even if you do not want it to. Not sure exactly what I would call this type of personality, but if you identify with it, here are some feelings you can undoubtedly relate to.
