Christmas is probably the holiday most of us look forward to each and every year, I know I definitely do and something that my family looks forward to especially are all the Christmas movies leading up to the 25th of December! So since the time is creeping closer and closer I thought I would put out a top 10 list of movies everyone should watch at least once during the holiday season.

1. Elf

Who doesn't love Buddy?

2. The Santa Clause

If anyone is like my family we all love Tim Allen so anything with him would be a good choice!

3. The Santa Clause 2

Once again, Tim Allen and if you watch the first one the you have to watch the next one.

4. The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause

If you start a series then you should always finish it.

5. A Charlie Brown Christmas

This is a household favorite in my house because it reminds my parents of their childhood and it is an awesome movie.

6. How the Grinch Stole Christmas

I have always loved anything Dr. Seuss' so if you are a lover of all things Seuss' then you know you will love this one.

7. Christmas with the Kranks

This one while it might have been out since 2004, my family decided to watch it for the first time last year and it did not disappoint!

8. Home Alone

Who doesn't imagine getting left home alone every once in a while? This is a great one to show what could actually happen.

9. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

Who doesn't love this classic? I know it is one of the household favorites at my house.

10. Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas

If any of you out there are Disney fans like me you have probably watched this and the ones to follow a million times, and even times that aren't close to Christmas, but this is a definite must watch for everyone.

I hope everyone makes sure to watch these and many other Christmas movies throughout the holiday season. Speaking of which I will now be glued to the t.v. for all of these and many more movies. If you need me until after December 25th, you may not find me.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.
