The 10 Best Songs To Carry With You Into Spring

This article is very opinionated, but I wanted to share some of my current favorite songs with you all. If you haven't heard some of them then hopefully this provides some new songs for you. I am always looking for new good music and it's hard so if this helps anyone with that it will make my day. But let's get into it!

1. "Mura Masa" by Love$ick.

This song is super chill and you can just vibe to it really well. I wouldn't play this song with all my friends in the car usually but just listening to it with headphones super loud just gives chills and I love it.

2. "BOOGIE" by BROCKHAMPTON.

This song is a lot more upbeat and this is one that I definitely would play in the car with friends. It has really high energy so if you listen to it with your favorite people when everyone is in a good mood it just heightens that a lot and it's so great.

3. "Somebody That I Used To Know" by Gotye.

This song I think I am very biased towards because it isn't really a "best song" type, but it's a road trip song for me and my friends so I really like it because it makes me think of that and puts me in a good mood. It isn't really the song you are gonna choose to listen to when you're chilling at home or walking to class, but if you're someone who likes singing in the car (with or without your friends) this is always a great one.

4. "Toot It And Boot It" by YG.

This is another song that is just great to listen to with friends. It is less hype than the BROCKHAMPTON one but it has good vibes and just puts you in a good and chill mood.

5. "Who R U?" by Anderson .Paak.

This song is so good. It is one that I would recommend you listen to with headphones/earbuds or anything like that because it has such a good sound to it. It's also great for the car though, it is just a great song all around. If you haven't heard it I would go listen ASAP.

6. "Start This S**t Off Right" by Lil Wayne.

This whole album (The Carter V) is so good. So good. I can't stress how good it is. This is one of my favorite songs on the album because it has a great beat and honestly, it is impossible not to like this song, that's just a fact. This is another one that is both good to listen to alone and with friends.

7. "Shoot To Thrill" by AC/DC.

You really have to be in the mood for this song to get into it, but if you are it is SO GOOD. This song is genius. The electric guitar is so good, the lyrics are so good, this song is so good in any setting, I don't care. Great song right here.

8. "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen.

Okay, this song here, this song is amazing. I am having trouble even finding words to explain how good this song is. First of all it's Queen, so there's that. But this song is really high energy and it's really fun to sing. If anybody knows this song they know the words and it's just a really great song to listen to with other people that appreciate it.

9. "Unforgettable" by French Montana.

This has been one of my favorite songs since I first heard it I don't even remember when. But it's very chill and has a lot of depth so it is a great one to blast your headphones with or your car speakers. It's just a great song. The beat is great and the lyrics follow it really smoothly.

10. "Perfect Strangers" by Lil Wayne.

This is my favorite song right now. This is another one on The Carter V, it's slower but it's so nice to listen to. It just sounds SO NICE you just have to hear it. This is one song that I never skip when it comes on no matter what my mood is.

So those are some of my favorite songs right now from me to you, if this gave anyone new songs they like then that's amazing, if not then thank you for listening to me ramble on about music because I love it and want to share that with anyone who cares. If you don't listen to a lot of music, this gives you a little bit of everything if you care to check it out!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
