If you are one of the few who do not participate in this romantic-filled love show, then I extend an invitation to you to read this article. You may learn a few things. I also hope that after reading, you will become just as obsessed as I am for the reality TV show the "Bachelorette.”

After watching Ben Higgins’ season where Joelle or 'JoJo' Fletcher, America’s sweetheart got her heart crushed by the most perfect and sweetest man possible. It was tough to watch him tell JoJo he loved her, but loved someone else (Lauren Bushnell) more. And now the tables have turned as the newly announced 'Bachelorette' is JoJo, who is the most perfect choice to meet 28 handsome men and choose one to be her husband. So, after that little recap, I will tell you who my favorite bachelors are this season and why.

1. First, Jordan.

I think every fan of the Bachelorette has a crush on Jordan. He is definitely attractive, charming, and a little humble, even though he is a past professional football player. When Jordan comes out of the limo, you can just feel his and JoJo’s spark, and not only that, but he was her first kiss on the very first night.

2. Derek

Derek’s smile just gives you goosebumps. He is super sweet, funny, and very lovable. He was JoJo’s first pick for the one-on-one date and she could not have picked anyone better. I mean wouldn’t you? Look at those eyes!

3. Robby

When Robby came out of that limo and you couldn’t help but think he had to have had to be a former sport professional because of his rugged shoulders and ab line through his shirt. Yep, you were right, it was swimming. Robby is a keeper because he is mysteriously confident, but not in a bad way. He makes you comfortable with yourself in the most low key kind of way. But, let’s be honest, JoJo does not need any help.

4. Luke

Oh, Luke. When you first take a glance at him, you would think he is overly confident and not a nice guy. But, come to find out, he is very sensitive and cares a lot about getting to know JoJo and becoming a part of her life. Not to mention, he is a war veteran.

*tears*

5. James S.

Obsessed. James S is actually the first man to come on this show and his occupation be a “bachelor super fan.” Even though some would not be amused, if I was JoJo, I would keep him under my belt. I mean, how can you not be in love with that adorable face?

6. Christian

The first glance you see of Christian is him jumping up in three feet of air onto a box, so, yeah. DAYUM. Not only is he in great shape and you never want to see him with a shit on, he is a total sweetheart. On the first episode, he talks about how he wants to be a good role model for his little brothers. Again, *tears*.

7. Chase

Chasse reminds me of Tanner from Kaitlyn’s season. He always has something to say about someone, but it is not necessarily rude, it is what it everyone else is thinking, but no one says. Also, he cracks little jokes here and there that definitely lighten the mood when things get awkward. Watching the show, I often catch myself saying “I agree” when he says a comment. Don’t act like you haven’t done it.

8. Will

When Will and JoJo have conversations, you can just feel the connection through the television screen. The way he talks to her is very intelligent, yet charming. And if someone can pull that off, they are a keeper. I think it has to do with him being a civil engineer, which that by itself is attractive.

9. Wells

Wells is probably the most sensitive guy on the show. On the second episode, JoJo asked the men to perform in a series of obstacles that firemen have to do every day. In the middle of the process, Wells felt very week, like he would pass out, so he stopped what he was doing and cooled off to the side. But, after he cooled off, he was asked to compete for one-on-one time with JoJo. He does it even though he almost passed out before, and that to me, was the most manliest thing he could of done. Oh, and also, on the first episode he got an acapella group to sing to JoJo. #winning

10. James Taylor

All-time fav. Although he is not the most handsome of the bunch, he definitely has the best personality. Coming out of the limo on the first episode, he sang a song to JoJo and she absolutely loved it. Along with the song, the way he talks to her is subtly confident, but also has a nervous tone to it, which I think makes JoJo comfortable to be around him. If she does not pick him, I would love to see him as our next ‘Bachelor.’ I hope ABC network is reading this.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
