You love anime and you probably have no idea what to watch next. Chances are you have powered through Fairy Tail and One Piece, or at least tried to. Luckily, you came to the right place! Check out the top anime for 2016.

My Hero Academia

This is a great anime if you love a good underdog story. In a nutshell the characters have these special super powers which are known as "quirks." Most of the world has a "quirk" and the rest are left without power, the main character Izuku just happens to be that individual without one. We see a young Izuku who idolized those with quirks and one in particular named, All Might. Eventually after rigorously taking notes and studying the characteristics of the superheros, he finally meets his idol. Luckily for Izuku, All Might has a quirk that can be inherited, and he chooses Izuku to be its new facilitator. With the help of endless training Izuku is able to be accepted into the academy for heros. During his time spent at the academy, he learns of his classmates abilities and builds new friendships. But do they have what it takes to withstand the villains that attack the school?

Ghost Hunt

This anime follows the main character Mai on ghost hunt adventures. She is a high school student who stumbled into a position working for Shibuya Psychic Research. She eventually meets the rest of the team: a monk, a t.v celebrity psychic, a priest, and a shrine maiden. Ghost Hunt explores various paranormal encounters and how the SPR goes about solving them. We also later see that some of our researchers are hiding secret abilities.

Another

We see the character Sasakibara attend a new school, immediately he can sense that something is wrong. Being the new student, no one will tell him the secret they are hiding. In the center of the mess is Mei, a mysterious girl that Sasakibara begins to get close too. Eventually, he realizes that he is the only one who could see her and no one is aware of her presence.

Assassination Classroom

The E3 class is introduced to their new teacher, but he's not like any teacher you have seen before. He yellow, round, and full of octopus-like tentacles. Before he became the new teacher, he took a huge chunk of the moon out. The new teacher Koro-Sensei tells the class that he plans to destroy the earth in exactly one year, but still plans to teach them for some odd reason. The government allows him to teach as long as no students are harmed. The E-Class is put to the test by trying to destroy their teacher by the time they graduate. Frequently you will see them greeting their teacher with assassination attempts, and it is all for 10 billion yen.

Attack On Titan

This anime revolves around the characters Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. The area where they live is surrounded and protected by a giant wall, but unfortunately a colossal giant attempts to destroy it along with other titans. Sadly, the titans do enter and we see a young Eren watching his own mother's death. Eren soon vows to become part of the Scout Regiment to avenge his mother's death.

If I have learned one thing in my lifetime, it is that friends are a privilege. No one is required to give you their company and yet there is some sort of shared connection that keeps you together. And from that friendship, you may even find yourself lucky enough to have a few more friends, thus forming a group. Here are just a few signs that prove your current friend group is the ultimate friend group.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.
