This year, we have seen some awesome play by the Dallas Cowboys' new quarterback, Dak Prescott. While this is awesome for the 'Boys, and for Prescott's career, it probably doesn't leave the team's 12-year veteran, Tony Romo.

Well, Romo, this is what I have to say to you. Don't worry. You may not have the QB job anymore, but there is one job you may be able to get, and that's the QB coaching spot.

While Wade Wilson, the team's current QB coach, may not be too happy about this, he could probably find another job elsewhere pretty quickly. I'm sure Jerry Jones, the owner and general manager, would hire Romo for that spot in a heartbeat, and here's why: Romo has basically been coaching Prescott to perfection this entire season. Every week, you see him with a headset on, and talking to Prescott when he's on the sidelines.

Romo wants to see this team succeed so badly, he's willing to give Prescott his job, and teach him everything he needs to know. Romo, if you really want to keep this team running smoothly, retire from playing, and apply for that job. I'm sure they would be able to work that out in some way, shape, or form.

The team is now 8-1 with Prescott at the helm, and they are set to take on the Baltimore Ravens in Arlington, Texas, and since he has beaten every other AFC North team this season, I see no issue with him beating this team as well. Come on, Romo, keep coaching this guy up, and the team may see a Super Bowl at the end of this season. Wouldn't that be cool? The first championship in 22 years?

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
