I know, I know. This semester has been long and hard. This semester has taken all of the fight out of you. You feel worn out and beat down. But the end is so close. Just a few days and you'll be on your way back home, back to your family and friends and pets and bed. It seems so far away, I know. But you can do this. Just take it one exam at a time.
That class you've been struggling with all semester: it'll be over in the blink of an eye. That annoying kid in class: you won't have to see him anymore. It'll get easier and better. You're just a few days from complete relaxation. Think about the cookies and the home cooked meals you're so close to consuming. Think about the holiday festivities and gifts you'll receive. Think about how nice it'll feel to lay on your couch all day long.
You've worked hard, and for a few days you'll work harder than you ever have, because finals are a big deal. But don't over work yourself. Remember to get 7-8 hours of sleep, because a test taken tired is a test not taken. Remember to eat at least three meals a day, especially right before your test, because if you're hungry, your brain won't process information as fast. Remember to take a break. If you overload yourself, you won't do as well. So study hard, but not too hard.
You can do this. You're smart. You're capable.
