You are always stronger than you think.

To The Person Who Doesn't Feel Very Strong
Julia Araneo

In a very cruel world you eventually come to learn that you are much stronger than you originally thought. There is no doubt that life can cause you to feel broken, but look at you now. Through all the "I'll never get over this" or "I'd rather die" moments you still made it to this point. Surprising? Not really, because you are always stronger than you think.

Sometimes we forget that time stops for no one. As much as we believe we can't overcome a variety of situations we always seem to, right? Looking back we often believe we are incapable of such emotional and physical progress, but by making it to today proves we are so much more capable then we think.

It's always greener on the other side and thankfully we all get to experience that. Sometimes overcoming obstacles takes longer then you think, but its always possible. There will be points where your grass seems dead and impossible to bring back to life, but somehow you always manage. So don't forget this enormous strength within you while you struggle through life at your weakest times.

You never truly know how strong you are, until being strong is the only option you have. So for those of you stuck in the slumps remember there's always a rainbow after rain. The hardest times in our lives teach us valuable lessons and make us much stronger.

The sun will come out tomorrow and you will be okay. Don't ever forget, you are stronger than you think.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
