To the ones who were taken too soon,

A letter to our friends who didn't get to live the rest of their lives.

To the one who was taken too soon,

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry your life was cut way too short. I'm sorry you will never have all the opportunities of a future just like the rest of us.

It doesn't seem fair.

It doesn't seem fair that you of all people had your dreams, your goals snatched away in what seems like a mere moment.

And why?

Why does this happen to young men and women who are just beginning a life?

Why do we have to experience the painful suffering in the aftermath of a death?

My heart hurts for the pain of your family, your friends, and anyone who you have touched. For where you once filled their lives, will always be an empty hole that nothing can every fill.

But one thing, your death makes me think.

It reminds me I am not invincible, I am not superior,

I am just lucky.

I am lucky to be alive and well with family and friends surrounding me.

It makes me realize that in a matter of seconds life could change forever.

So let death teach you something...

Let it teach you to love unconditional, be thankful, and cherish the moments of the past and present.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?

Resting b***h face. Defined as a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to. Many of you suffer from this "condition." You are commonly asked what's wrong, when nothing is. What people don't know is that is just your facial expression. Here are some things they wish you knew.
