Now that freshman year has come to an end, I am left here wondering how I'm going to survive the summer without the friends I made this year. With college being such a big life change and transition, I was truly blessed with the best group of friends, who have become like family.
Thank you for always being there for me when I needed it most. Whether it was giving me a ride to the supermarket, helping with homework, or just listening to my problems, there was never hesitation to offer assistance in any way.
Thank you for being my partners in crime. At parties when a bathroom buddy was needed, or there was someone to be avoided, you all never failed to help. Not to mention, when the RA's would get on our case about something, we all had each others backs and never singled anyone out!
Thank you for tripling the size of my closet and being my stylists. Every time there was a date party, formal, party, or even just going to class, I could always count on having honest opinions on outfits, and even being able to borrow articles of clothing or accessories.
Thank you for never failing to make me laugh. On the good days, or the bad days, I could always count on having someone to make me almost pee myself laughing. Even though some of the weird things said made me question our friendship, it always did the trick and made me smile.
Thank you for being people I could trust. Every time I needed an honest opinion on something, or needed to talk about something personal, it was an unspoken agreement that everything that was said would be kept secret.
Thank you for showing me that college is where you find your forever friends. Dealing with some fake people all throughout the earlier years of school, this was a refreshing change. I can't wait to see where life brings us all throughout the next three years!
Thank you for the best freshman year I could ask for. The late night talks, crazy ideas, inside jokes, and blackmail worthy snapchat stories, will never be forgotten. You all made the transition to college so easy and I can only hope every high school senior experiences the same when they arrive at college.
