I would start this with dear, but a man who did not respect me does not deserve respect in return. It has been half a year since you pulled me and my friends over for driving around in our own neighborhood. A neighborhood where at least 10 neighbors on every surrounding street know me by name. A neighborhood where I skateboard around regularly at least 3 hours a day. A neighborhood where the store owners watched me grow up. Most importantly however, this is a neighborhood that will not tolerate racism.
I could see the false accusations in your claims the moment of stopping us the moment you began to speak. Telling me you got a call of a suspicious vehicle when our car was previously packed at a gas station when we went to get snacks. What was so suspicious about my bag of Doritos and Arizona ice tea? The way you followed us from that gas station all the way back to my neighborhood is more suspicious don't you think? Or were we suspicious when we parked in front of my friend's home so we could give her a ride to work? We only drove two blocks in my neighborhood what's so suspicious about a car parking outside of the home it belongs to? That's the thing about your lies. Although they are fake and everyone was clearly aware, a frequent liar can even make himself believe such false tales.
Your eagerness to incriminate me was incredible. A search that included you making me take off my shoes, looking down my pants with a flashlight, looking in my socks it hard to hold in my laughs at your ability to waste so much time while you're on the clock. You even had the nerve to tell me to look away while you searched me or you would tighten my handcuff. To top it off you didn't even allow me to get out of the car and stand a a man, you pulled me out by my neck like a disobeying dog. I know you realized your error when I asked for your badge number and you instead let out a nervous laugh.
You should be ashamed of the example of values and morals you present every day as you are representing the Chicago Police Department when you put on that uniform. I look forward to the day you retire and someone deserving of the real honor to put on that uniform, and vows to really serve and protect while they're out of the streets and do their job correctly.
