To the College Student Who Feels Drained

Yep. It's that time of the semester again. The post-midterm stage of the year. MIdterms have come and gone and yet the work doesn't seem to have stopped.

If you're a college student, you're probably swimming in piles and piles of work. You thought that once your midterms were over, you'd finally get at least a little bit of a break.

But nope.

The teachers did not stop. Can't stop, won't stop, am I right?

You've had countless papers, assignments, quizzes, and tests. On top of all of that, you're juggling jobs here and there in order to make some extra cash.

Then, on weekends, you yearn for a break. Maybe you got out. Maybe you relax in the city. But then, in the blink of an eye, a new week comes and the cycle continues once again.

Before you go completely insane, stop a minute and breathe. And then keep reading for a list of things to do if you're feeling overwhelmed.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling.
