We all hear and read about peoples' success stories who have created a product that wen viral. While most of us don't think twice about it, there are a handful of young women who are secretly wishing they could do something similar. What's holding them back? Fear. Not knowing the outcome of something can be terrifying. If you identify with this, then this article is for you. Here are 18 quotes from Boss Babe that will help you find the confidence and motivation to pursue your wildest dreams!

1. "Your mind will believe everything you tell it. Remember that."

In a world controlled by social media, it is easy to get caught up in what other people are saying and doing. Whether they are sharing articles on Facebook or commenting on your latest Instagram pic, it is important to not let what others say affect you in a negative way. What you tell yourself is more important than what anyone says.

2. "I know I changed. That was the point."

It is ok to change. In fact, if you are growing as a person, you are going to change. Big or small, these differences are what will propel you forward, not hold you back. Change can be a good thing!

3. "Ready to achieve everything I set my mind to."

Who cares if the rest of the world isn't ready, eventually they will catch up. If you are ready to take the next step, then no one should hold you back. Go for it, girl!

4. "I do what I do because I know how much potential I have."

Know your worth and know you are important. As Dave Grohl once said, "no one is you and that is your power." It is ok to be different and unique. Know that no one knows you better than you know yourself - that is what will set you apart from everyone else.

5. "If you don't have faith in yourself, you're going to face a losing battle."

If you believe in yourself, then no one can stop you. Believing your dreams are "too big" or "out of reach" only sets you up to fail. Instead, create small goals for yourself and work your way towards your big dream. It is 100 percent possible if you have faith.

6. "I take time to look after myself because I understand the value of my mindset."

What you think about yourself and knowing what you want to accomplish is more important when reaching a goal than any other time. Staying positive and ignoring negativity is going to keep you on the right track. Good thoughts will lead you to good places!

7. "Get comfortable with feeling challenged. It means you're growing."

We've all heard the "nothing good comes from comfort zones" and as annoying as that may be, it is true! If you are being faced with a challenge, think of it as an opportunity to grow. By doing this, you are gaining confidence and sharing your wonderful ideas with the rest of the world.

8. "Deep down inside you know the truth. The truth is that if you gave it 100%, you know that you can do it. The truth is that this is all up to you."

Whenever you feel yourself slipping a little farther away from you dream, remind yourself why you are doing this. The journey is not always going to be easy, but when you get there (and you will), it will feel a thousand times better.

9. "Stop saying can't. Start asking how."

"Can't" is one word a lot of us could do without. If we focus on all the reasons we "can't" do something, we are only holding ourselves back from our greatest potential. When faced with a challenge, ask yourself how you can get there. Make a plan and take it step by step. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.

10. "Be completely unstoppable."

There will be those who doubt you. In this day and age with social media, people love to poke fun at everyone for the smallest things. Don't focus on them. This is not their journey... it's yours. What they are saying shouldn't affect you. Figure out what it is you want and go get it. When they see how great you are doing, they will realize they were wrong.

10. "If you're going to do something, do it with passion and purpose."

The best things to pursue are the ones that you are passionate about. People will see this in your work. If you are truly passionate about something, then that is what people are going to see.

11. "The only person who has control over your day is you."

Whether it's a Monday or a Friday, make the most of each day. Your Mondays don't have to be hard and just because it is a Friday doesn't mean you get to slack off. We all have the same 24 hours. What are you going to do with yours?

12. "Shout out to girls who smile at and compliment other girls."

You aren't on your journey alone. While some people may not like seeing you succeed, there are plenty of other people out there who are celebrating your successes. Those are your people. Find them and not only will you stick by their side, but they will stick by yours.

13. "I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say because of you I didn't give up."

What you are doing goes beyond just you. You never know who is following your journey and who you are inspiring. It could be someone you are close to or someone you have never met. Regardless, you've made an impact on their life. That in itself should show you how special you are.

14. "It's out there, just go and get it."

No dream is too big. Go out and find what it is you want. Make a plan, then go get it. The only person holding you back is you.

15. "Don't be afraid of making big moves."

The biggest move is the first one: deciding to go for it. That decision takes the most courage. Once you decide to start pursuing your dreams, you've tackled the greatest obstacle. Now, do whatever you have to do to continue on that path.

16. "Be grateful for every difficult moment, failure, and challenge. They'll shape you more than any win or effortless encounter."

If it were easy, then everyone would do it. You grow from failures and difficulties. They challenge you in new ways and keep you on your toes. Embrace these times because the resulting feeling will be 100 times greater than the one you get from being handed things.

17. "Don't be busy. Be productive."

Manage your time wisely. When it is time to work, make the most of it. That way, you are not stressed out while hanging out with your friends, and you can actually enjoy your free time. Don't forget to relax, that's important too!

18. "You really can achieve all of your dreams."

The last and most valuable words you can hear: it is all up to you.

If I have learned one thing in my lifetime, it is that friends are a privilege. No one is required to give you their company and yet there is some sort of shared connection that keeps you together. And from that friendship, you may even find yourself lucky enough to have a few more friends, thus forming a group. Here are just a few signs that prove your current friend group is the ultimate friend group.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.
