To My Senior Class

I'm so thankful for the moments, so glad I got to know you.

To My Senior Class

Dear graduating class,

I miss you guys already. It has only been a few short weeks since we walked across the stage to receive our diplomas. The upcoming days are not going to be the same. I will not see the same faces I saw every day for 7+ years.

For the past seven years, we have spent hundreds of days sitting in the same classroom, with the same teacher, learning the same subject. We have gone to the same school together, some of us since kindergarten. We have spent countless days with the same 150+ people that our class contains. Every Monday through Friday of the school year, we sat in the same school for seven hours together. Friend groups have changed dramatically over the past four years while we have been in high school. Drama was always evident, whether it be big or small. Sometimes, the drama ended a friendship. After a while, drama became less and less evident. Our focus shifted dramatically to something 10 times more important and fast approaching -- graduation. I never truly knew how big of an impact friends could make until senior year of high school while experienced multiple "lasts" -- last first day, last Friday night football game, last prom.

As move-in day is quickly approaching, I began to think back on the past four years. I thought back to all the spirit week days, all the pep rallies, and all the fun homecoming games. Our class always gave the upperclassmen a run for their money during the pep rally competitions. We always were so competitive and never wanted to lose

No matter if we are one hour or six hours apart, our friendships will withstand the distance. Although we may not talk everyday, when we meet again we can pick back up where we left off.

Words can't describe how thankful I am for each and every one of you. You have all made a positive impact on my life and I will always cherish our memories together.

Congratulations to the class of 2016. We finally made it. After 13 years of handwork and deception, we have reached the milestone of graduating high school. We have already walked across the stage and received our diploma. Now, it is time for us to venture off into the real word -- to a university or college, the military, or into the work force.

High school is officially over. We survived AP U.S. History, senioritis and procrastination. All the memories we have of the past four years are now in the past. Thank you for making it so hard to say goodbye. I am so thankful for the moments and I am glad I had the opportunity to get to know you. I wish you the best of luck in all of your endeavors.

I'll always remember you.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.
