Hi,

It's me, Britt. I hope you are doing well. I cannot wait to be with you! I am not perfect, but I promise I will do my best to be perfect for you. I have been hurt in the past but do not worry. I will not hold that against you. I will come into our relationship with full trust. I mean, how could I not? You will be gentle, kind, caring, sweet and overall just amazing. I am going to do everything I can to make sure you are happy. You are going to be very spoiled. Not just with gifts, with love and affection too. I hope you are ready for a lot of adventures with me. I love them. I am going to make certain I am the best girlfriend for you. I hope we will be great together. I want you for the long run, not just a few months or so. I will always be faithful to you, so you never have to worry about that. I will never do anything to hurt you. We are going to have a lot of fun together. I promise that I have a lot of love to give, and I will give it all to you. I am always going to be there for you in any way you need me to be. I will always support you no matter what. I am going to be your best friend and your girlfriend all wrapped up into one. You are going to be my rock, and my shoulder to cry on. We will always be there for one another. You can come to me for anything. We are going to have a lot of fun together, whether we go to amusement parks, museums or just stay in and watch movies. All my time spent with you will be fun.

I will do whatever it takes for us to be happy together. I want us to last a very long time. I want you to be the one who makes all the pain from the past relationships go away and love for you to replace it. I am going to love you for all that you are. I will not try to change you in any way. You are going to be perfect for me. I hope you are just as dorky and nerdy as I am. Of course, we are going to argue at some, and maybe even fight. We will get through it. We will always work through any issues we may have. I never want you to think you cannot talk to me. I will never judge you or be angry with you for telling me how you feel. I will always strive to make sure our relationship is happy and healthy. You can also always trust me. I will be all yours. I will be only yours. I will feel so lucky when I can finally have you and call you my own. You are going to make me happier than I have ever been before. Thank you for being you, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds. Until then, I will wait for you.

Sincerely,

Brittany (Your Future Girlfriend)

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

10 Things Only Equestrians Understand

Yes, it IS a sport. Yes, I fall all the time. No, I do not ride in jeans with a cowgirl hat on.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
