I believe that God gives us all blessings in our lives. No matter who we are, we receive a blessing of some sort during our time on earth. One of the many blessings that God has given me is the gift of my grandparents. Not everyone is lucky enough to meet their grandparents and to have a close relationship with them, but I was lucky enough to have this for myself. I have been able to meet all four of my grandparents, although not all of them are living right now. Over the years, I have grown close to my grandparents and have grown to love them more than anything else in the world. My grandparents are extraordinary people who model Christian lives that I strive to follow.

Dear grandparents,

Grandma, Poppop, Nanny, and Poppop, you were always there for me during my childhood. You helped my parents take care of me and did everything in your power to make sure that I was happy. You made sacrifices for me and of course spoiled me, as grandparents tend to do. You came to my school events, piano recitals, and Irish dance shows. You supported me in everything that I did and were some of my biggest cheerleaders, along with my own parents.

To this day, you continue to go above and beyond to support me and care for me. You constantly tell me how proud I make you and how much you love me. You compliment me and help me to see my true worth. You talk to me and tell me about your experiences in life, which inspires me. I really appreciate everything that you do for me each and every day, because I know that my life would truly not be the same without each of you in it.

Poppop Dwyer-- Although you passed away a few years ago, I still think of you and remember the times we have had together. You were an amazing man who helped remind me to smile and not take life too seriously. You helped me to find fun in everyday and to be happy. I know that you are watching over me as I grow older, and you love me just as much as I love you.

Love,

Clare

We all go through certain stages when we have a crush, Tina just explains it better.

We've all had a crush before. Whether it leads to something or nothing, the process has all been the same. The awkward feelings, the stalking, and the stress of trying to keep this huge secret. The feeling of becoming a total spazz is something that cannot be avoided, and the most spazzy family that can relate to this feeling is the Belcher's.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

11 Times Aubrey Plaza Described Sophomore Year

"I don't want to do things. I want to do not things."

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.
