To my lovely Boyfriend,

There are no words to describe how much I adore you or how much you mean to me. You have made me so much happier and I can not thank you enough. To show you how much I appreciate you; I listed some of the many reasons on why I adore you, thank you for all you do. I love you.

1. Despite the challenges you've faced; you kept going.

I do not understand how you have gone through the things you have and still kept I smile on your face. You are one of the strongest people I have ever met and I admire that so much about you.

2. You have the best sense of humor.

You have a wonderful personality and an amazing sense of humor which scary enough, is very similar to mine.

3. You're My best friend

You are definitely my best friend, you know me like an open book and I'm so thankful to have you in my life because you have made life a lot brighter.

4. You love me for me

I'm not the easiest person to deal with, but you still adore me for the person I am. I adore you for the amazing human you are.

5. You've been there for me when I needed you the most

Whenever I needed you, you have always been there for me. I can not thank you enough.

6. You see a future with me like I see one with you.

I think that is one of the sweetest things. I can not wait for the adventures that are yet to come.

7. You support me in everything I do


Whether it be music, theater or anything, in general, you are one of my biggest supporters. You are always there to cheer me on. I will always support you in anything you do.

8. Being in your arms makes me forget my problems

Being in your arms makes me feel safe, happy and loved. I forget my problems and worries just for a little while and the only thing that matters is you and me.

9. You've made my world a lot brighter.


When I first met you, I did not really think I had ever met anyone who would actually like me for me. Then I met you, you have made me so much happier. You have made my life so much brighter, thank you for all that you do.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.

I don't know if it is related to my anxiety, perfectionism or depression. I don't know why it happens. It's frustrating, it's painful and it stops me from functioning.
