A Letter To Mrs. Hillary Clinton

You do not speak for me.

Dear Hillary,

Many people think you are the best candidate to take the highest position in the land because you have been on the political scene for a very long time, and to be fair you have been. Since when do you relate to real Americans though? You fully believe you are above the law, and honestly, you are. I write this not because I am a crazy republican "against Hillary" voter, but because I look at the facts; something a lot of voters don't want to wake up and do.

Yes, if you win you will make history and be the first female to have ever served the United States of America. If I'm being completely honest, I would more than love to one day be able to see our country have a female president; A president, though. Not someone is fine with killing, lying, even allowing the four men in Benghazi to be attacked under their watch, and can still sleep at night knowing somewhere those men's children and family are waking up without a husband or father.

What is a leader? Someone who obviously leads, but the only leading you have done for our country is lead it onto a path of complete destruction. Doesn't sound like "presidential material" if you ask me.

I'm just now a newly registered voter and will be voting in the November election, I did not get to experience this country under your husband's leadership, but by what I've studied he didn't do that great of a job either.

You say you are for woman's rights, which I am ALL for women getting the same right as men, but what about the women who were harassed by your husband and the ones who YOU mocked? If you were such a "female activist" you would have had the sense not to mock the poor women who were nationally humiliated. Y'all, if you take the time and put two and two together you would see how that doesn't make sense. Why did you stay with Bill after what he did if woman's rights are at such importance to you? You stood there cleaning up his mess, riding his political train for your shot at fame and news coverage about "how strong you were" ,but women not being stepped on is something you've said you stand for, even though you allowed yourself to get trampled by all of his mistakes involving women. The women were WANTING to be heard, and you stood behind your husband not caring about your active campaign that woman should be heard. Doesn't sound very appealing, and it most certainly doesn't go with the act you're trying to pull now. If you were as "independent" of a woman as you claim, why didn't you leave him? Because you needed his political access.

It's about taking responsibility for your actions; something you out have no idea about. Whether you intentionally used a server that wasn't secure or not, a real leader would take responsibility and go down with they created and admit they were wrong, not dance around the subject and lie constantly.

I am not some right-wing conspiracy theorist lunatic. I simply look at the facts. Something I pray some of you will wake up and do if you care ANYTHING about our country.

These facts tell me that I wouldn’t let Hillary Clinton look after my pet rock, much less this precious nation.

Sincerely,

A future female leader who can see right through Mrs. Clinton

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

It's not all morning coffees and singing along to the radio.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
