Ah the holidays... You either love them or you hate them.
I love Thanksgiving (how can you not like a holiday centered around eating??) and I love Christmas (Christmas is EVERYTHING). But what about cuffing season?
After summer has come to an end and the days get shorter, the world gets colder as fall and winter prepare to make an appearance. And now according to a cleverly nicknamed phenomenon, it appears that the number of people getting into relationships increases as well.
Cuffing season could be brought on by the colder weather and the desire to have someone to cuddle with on the chillier nights. It could be brought on by the fact that the holidays are a lonely time for many people, and having a significant other during that time can help curb that loneliness. Maybe you want someone to take cute holiday photos with, or someone to drag to all of your Christmas parties. Or maybe you like someone and it happens to be sometime between October and December. Either way, cuffing season is definitely a thing.
Cuffing season tends to go hand-in-hand with engagement season as well-- as if single people didn't have enough problems around the holidays.
So whether you got cuffed or you're still single...
Happy holidays and happy cuffing!
