December is officially here and in full swing which means let the decorating begin!! Christmas is such a great time to get together with family or friends with cups of hot chocolate and candy canes to make the cutest holiday decor for your home!!

1. Your Very Own Frosty the Snowman.

Start out by taking a sock and fill it about halfway with crumpled paper. Then take a rubber band and tie it off in the middle. Afterwards, continue to fill the rest of the sock and then once again tie off the top with a rubber band. Next, take some Sharpies to draw on the buttons, eyes, and smile!


2. Easy Christmas Tree Cutouts.

Using green colored paint cards from the hardware store, draw the outline of a Christmas tree and the cut them out. You can tape them on doors or hole punch the tops of them to string them together to make a hanging decoration!


3. Jamming With Your Rein(peers).

Need some great holiday music but don't know where to start? Spotify and Apple Music are great places to start! Even ask your friends what their favorite holiday tunes are and put together a playlist that includes everyones favorite Christmas tunes.


4. Christmas Cookies!

Let's be real. All anyone needs to bake cookies a pack of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix, icing, food coloring, and Christmas cookie cutters. Then there's the part of hiding all the cookies before you eat them all.


5. Gingerbread House Contests.

The best way to get into the Christmas spirit with friends is to have a good, old-fashioned fun ginger bread house contest. Local stores always have kits available and they make the perfect activity for all ages.
