Breaking up study time into chunks makes everything you have to do seem less overwhelming.

Even if they're optional, the professor may reveal things that will be on the exam and answer any questions you may have.

4. Don't cram, start studying early

As soon as you get your study guide or paper assigned, jump on it right away! You will feel much better starting early than cramming at the last minute.

It's always a good idea to team up with classmates who are going to take the same final as you.

Getting a good night's sleep will help you feel more rested and prepared in the morning for your exams

7. Exercise to release stress

Feeling stressed? go for a run, go workout, go do some yoga.

8. Prioritize your study time

Focus on your harder finals first, or the finals that will have a bigger impact on your grade.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.
