Tips for Trips to the Beach this Summer

We all know that now that the weather has essentially skipped over Spring and now has hit Summer, we will all be taking trips to a local beach. Here is just some things to keep in mind before you go on your day trip.

1. Pack the essentials

You don't want to lug your life in a few bags to the beach when you will most likely only use maybe 4-5 of the items you packed

2. Don't forget Music

Some beaches don't have local wifi so make sure you bring alternate forms of music, or maybe a book!

3. Stay Hydrated

Water is the best thing for a day in the sun. You sweat out a lot of water so you want to make sure you stay hydrated. Other drinks are welcome too.

4. Sunscreen is a Blessing

Something that I've learned is that even people with darker pigmentation for skin still should put on sunscreen. This will protect you from the harmful UV rays!

5. Aloe is also a blessing when you forget Sunscreen

Be honest, you've forgotten the sunscreen once in a while and now there's a nice hot red patch all over your body that hurts when it's touched. Aloe will help to cool and ease the pain

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.

Every kid in college and/or high school dreams of summer the moment they walk through the door on the first day back in September. It becomes harder and harder to focus in classes and while doing assignments as the days get closer.
