In high school, school was a breeze. Teachers treated you like babies, well if you were their favorite. High School was not as hard or so time-consuming. Now, that I am a full-time college student, I see that college is A LOT of work. You actually have to study really hard and for hours.

The stressed level is on the roof with college and passing classes. Most people seem to take it as it is, then you have the smart people who can accomplish anything without studying for a long period of time. I have never had so much coffee or taken so many naps during school until now.

One thing about being a freshman in college is that you are not used to not knowing anybody in class or not knowing your teacher personally. Now you have to schedule appointments to discuss your grades... I was like what? When my professor said that.

I have learned a few helpful things to help cope with my stress in college.

College is full of late nights and fun. But sometimes it is hard to focus and study because so much is going on. But you got this.

1. Get a good bit of sleep... it is very important
